83A3 An AS-i slave with the new address already exists on the

83A4 The AS-i slave address cannot be deleted.

83A5 The AS-i slave address cannot be set.

83A6 The AS-i slave address cannot be stored permanently.

83A7 Error reading the extended ID1 code.

83A8 The target address is not plausible (for example a B slave

83B1 A length error has occurred transferring a string according
