Inspection Items

2-1. Power consumption while idling

Perform measurement with no signal input.
Confi rm that the primal power consumption is 30.0 W±10 W.

2-2. Confirmation for the Firmware Version

Execute INFO inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm the fi rmware version displayed on the PC.

2-3. Confirmation for the Model ID

Execute INFO inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm the model ID displayed on the PC is as specifi ed
below.

2-4. Confirmation for the temperature sensor
Execute AD input port inspection of diagnostic mode.
It judges automatically whether the level is in the correct
range.
Specifi ed range : 0.65 V to 1.37 V
2-5. Confirmation for the V-BUS voltage
Execute AD input port inspection of diagnostic mode.
It judges automatically whether the level is in the correct
range.
Specifi ed range : 2.50 V to 2.70 V
2-6. Confirmation for the indicator
Execute LED inspection of diagnostic mode.
The LED lights on one by one from one side to the other.
Verify all LED lights on, then off. (visual inspection)
* The PHANTOM LED is not specifi ed.
2-7. Confirmation for the SWITCH/VOLUME
Execute SWITCH/VOLUME inspection of diagnostic
mode.
Confi rm that each switch operates properly.
Confi rm that each volume operates properly.
2-8. Confirmation for the JACK and FOOT-SW
2-8-1. Confirmation for the detection of the SUB-WOOFER
JACK insertion.
Execute JACK inspection of diagnostic mode.
Confi rm that the SUBWOOFER OUT jack operates properly.

2. 検査項目
2-1. アイドリング時の消費電力
測定は入力無信号の状態で行います。
一次消費電力が 30.0 W ± 10 W であることを確認
します。
2-2. ファームウェアバージョンの確認
ダイアグモードの INFO 検査を実行します。
PC に表示されるファームウェアバージョンを確認
します。
2-3. モデル ID の確認
ダイアグモードの INFO 検査を実行します。
PC に表示されるモデル ID が下記の規定通りであ
ることを確認します。

ミキサー 600 Ass' y
2-4. 温度センサーの確認
ダイアグモードの AD 入力ポート検査を実行します。
レベルが正しい範囲内であるか自動判定します。
許容範囲 ：0.65 V ∼ 1.37 V
2-5. V-BUS 電圧の確認
ダイアグモードの AD 入力ポート検査を実行します。
レベルが正しい範囲内であるか自動判定します。
許容範囲 ：2.50 V ∼ 2.70 V
2-6. インジケータの確認
ダイアグモードの LED 検査を実行します。
LED が 1 個ずつ順次点灯、消灯し、最後に全点灯
し全消灯することを確認します。 （目視検査）
※ PHANTOM LED は除きます。
2-7. スイッチ・ボリュームの確認
ダイアグモードの SWITCH/VOLUME 検査を実行
します。
各スイッチが正常に動作することを確認します。

2-8. JACK と FOOT-SW の動作確認
2-8-1. SUB-WOOFER JACK 挿入検出部の確認
ダイアグモードの JACK 検査を実行します。
SUBWOOFER OUT 端子が正常に動作することを
確認します。
2-8-2. フットスイッチ操作の確認
ダイアグモードの JACK 検査を実行します。
REVERB FOOT SW 端子が正常に動作することを
確認します。
