TELESCOPE STEERING WHEEL''
is set to ''ON,'' the steering wheel
automatically moves fully up when
you turn the ignition switch to the
LOCK (0) position and remove the
key (or the vehicle is in VEHICLE
OFF mode on models with keyless
access system).
