Setting Up the PPD Driver (Mac OS 9)

Finishing Options

You can specify printer-specific options. You can specify this option when
using the staple or hole punch functions of this machine.

From the "File" menu, select "Print".

Select "Finishing Options 1 to 3".

Specify settings for the following:
Offset
Output Tray
Binding Position
Duplex
Combination
Staple
Punch
Fold & Staple
Front Cover Page
Paper Tray (Front Cover Page)
Back Cover Page
Paper Tray (Back Cover Page)
Transparency Interleave
Paper Tray (Transparency Interleave)
Wait Mode
Resolution
IC-204
Specifies offset.
Selects the output tray.
Selects the binding position.
Performs duplex printing.
Selects booklet printing.
Performs stapling.
Performs hole punching.
Executes the Fold & Staple.
Attaches a front cover page.
Selects the input tray for the front cover.
Attaches a back cover page.
Selects the input tray for the back cover.
Inserts interleaves between overhead projector
transparencies.
Selects the input tray for the transparency inter-
leaves.
Stops printing temporarily after part of the docu-
ment has been printed so that the proof print can
be checked.
Specifies the print resolution.
