● Troubleshooting method :
1. Open the Side door. If there is a jammed paper, rem

2. Install the Pick up (forward, retard )roller correctly.
3. If the pick up roller(JC93-00540A) is worn out or co
4. Check if paper in the cassette are curled, replace th C ec pape
5. Check if the wall connector of tray1 pick up unit is c
6. If the problem persists, remove the pick up
following.
a. If the spring at the bottom of the pick up unit break
f If the assembly mold part with spring is broken, re
b. If the compression spring of the guide-forward pick
c. If the error message displays despite paper empty
interrupt. Reassemble the empty actuator or repla
In case that the actuator is broken, check the following
1. Does the pick up (forward) roller rotate?
a. Check if the clutch connector of the pick up drive
Reconnect it.
b. Enter the diagnostic mode. Execute "clutch test"
c. If the timing belt of the pick up drive unit breaks a
d. Check if the motor connector of the pick up drive
e. Enter the diagnostic mode. Execute "motor test"
