● Troubleshooting method :
1. Open the Side door. If there is a jammed paper, rem
Close the Side door. After warm up, if same jam oc
2. Install the Pick up (forward, retard )roller correctly.
3. If the pick up roller(JC93-00540A) is worn out or co
4. Check if paper in the cassette are curled, replace th
5. Check if the wall connector of tray1 pick up unit is c
6. If the problem persists, remove the pick up
following.
a. If the spring at the bottom of the pick up unit break
