When something unusual occurs, the display may show one of the Information Codes below. These will help
you identify and correct the problem.

Information Codes

Meaning
Recording paper jam.
No recording paper.
Ink Cartridge is not installed.
Out of ink.
Ink Cartridge Cradle cannot move.
Document misfeeding.
Document misfeeding.
Document is jammed.
Document length exceeds 1 meter.
Document length is too short.
Panel Cover is open.
Printer engine failure.
Action
Remove jammed paper.
Load the paper.
Install the Ink Cartridge.
Replace the Print Cartridge.
• Paper jam may have
occurred.
• Remove jammed paper.
• Reload the document
properly.
• Remove document jam.
