Caller ID

You can confirm caller's telephone number on the display before taking a call. This function is useful to
avoid any mischievous call. To enable this function, you need to change Caller ID setting in the BASIC
SETTING in advance. (See page 81) You can check on the availability of this feature through your local
telephone company. As such, this feature is currently available in Hong Kong and Singapore. When the
apparatus receives a call, the LCD display will show the Caller's telephone number as shown below.
You can confirm caller's information on the display and either erase, register it to fax directory or Black List
or dial to displayed station.
