Controlling External Equipment from a Playlist

A playlist can contain output triggers that control external equipment such as turning a light
on or lowering a video screen.
There are two output triggers connected through the parallel port on the rear of the unit. The
output triggers appear in the Media Browser as AUX1 and AUX2 and are indicated by green
icons ( ). The ON and OFF states for a selected output can be controlled independently.

To add an output trigger to a playlist, open the playlist, and then locate the output in the
Media Browser and click .
