Step 1 Create VLANs and configure each interface of the S9300.
# Create VLANs 100, 200, and 300, and add GE 1/0/1, GE 1/0/2, and GE 1/0/1 to VLANs 100,
200, and 300 respectively.

# Configure the type of GE 1/0/1, GE 1/0/2, and GE 2/0/1 as trunk and permit packets from
VLANs 100, 200, and 300 to pass through.

Create QoS CAR templates and set the CIR and PIR.
Apply QoS CAR templates on GE 1/0/1 and GE 1/0/2 of the S9300 at inbound direction.

VLANs 100 and 200 that enterprise and individual users belong to
