1. Select User Defined from the Paper Size list. The User Defined
Paper Size dialog box appears.
2. Enter Paper Size Name, Paper Width and Paper Height,
and then select Unit.
Note:
If you are using Windows Me or 98, the maximum paper height is
44 inches (111.76 cm).
3. Click OK to save the custom paper size.
