10 SERVICE SCHEDULE

Service work (as additional order)

Change the front brake fluid.
Change the rear brake fluid.
Change the hydraulic clutch fluid.
Grease the steering head bearing.
Clean the spark arrestor.
Perform a fork service. (All Six Days models)
Perform a fork service. (EXC‑F EU/AU/BR, EXC‑F Factory Edition, XCF‑W)
Service the shock absorber.
Change the spark plug and spark plug connector.
Change the piston.
Check/measure the cylinder.
Check the cylinder head.
Change the valves, valve springs and valve spring seats.
Check the camshaft and cam lever.
Change the connecting rod, conrod bearing, and crank pin.
Check the transmission and shift mechanism.
Check the oil pressure regulator valve.
Change the suction pump.
Check the pressure pump and lubrication system.
Replace the timing chain.
Check the timing assembly.
Change all engine bearings.
