Checking spoke tension

Ensure that the spoke tension is correct. (Your authorized KTM workshop will be glad to help.)

A loose spoke can cause wheel imbalance, leading to more loose spokes in a short time.
If the spokes are too tight, they can break due to local overload.
Check the spoke tension regularly, especially on a new motorcycle.

Remove the dust cap.

Check the tire air pressure when the tires are cold.
