Care and Maintenance
Possible cause
SCSI board and its
driver are not installed
correctly.
1/16 compression table
is not found.
The printer is being
used by another
device.
The printer connected
with the parallel cable
is not recognized.
KX-P8410 is not
recognized as a SCSI
device.
An illegal error has
occurred.
The printer is printing.
The transfer data area
for printing has
allocated more than
16MB.
Recovery
Correctly install the
SCSI board and its
driver. (Refer to the
manual of the SCSI
board.)
For any other trouble
related to SCSI, refer to
the SCSI section of
Care and Maintenance
( P. 127).
Reinstall the KX-P8410
software.
BReprint later when
the printer is free
from other jobs.
BTurn off the printer
and the computer,
then turn them on
again.
Check the cable
connection of the
printer or turn on the
printer.
Check the cable
connection of the
system or turn on the
printer.
BConfirm the SCSI
board is correctly
installed in the
computer or cable is
correctly connected.
BTurn off the
computer, then turn it
on again.
BReprint later when
the printer is free
from other jobs.
Close all applications
and turn off the
computer, then turn it
on again.
