Printing a Cleaning Page

If you notice repeating marks or imperfections on your
printouts, try printing a cleaning page before you replace the
image drum.
Cleaning page process
Removes residual impurities from printing surfaces.
Reduces problems such as repeating marks, blotching, and
shading.

To print a cleaning page
1 Press the Menu/Exit key to activate the menu mode.
Ä
continuously until Printer Cleaning displays.
2 Press
3 Press Enter. After a moment, the cleaning page prints.
