Telephone Directory

This report provides a complete listing of all of the
telephone numbers programmed into your machine's Speed
Dial numbers. The information includes:
The Location ID and main fax number for each One-
Touch key and 2- and 3-digit Speed Dial number.
The alternate number (OR) for each One-Touch key.
The parameter settings for each One-Touch key.

Printing the Telephone Directory

1 Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.
to select Report Print. Press Enter.
2 Press or
3 Press or until the report you want appears on the
display. Press Enter.
4 Print all the reports you want. Then, press Menu/Exit to
return to standby mode.
