Trouble
Rotation is irregular.
Engine suddenly stops.
Insufficient output.
When loaded, rotation goes
slow.

Cause
Fuel shortage.
Fuel does not flow.
Air and water are contained in the fuel
supply line.
Injection pipe is loosened.
Fuel shortage.
Insufficient engine oil.
Water temperature is too high.
Insufficient cooling water.
Loosened water pump belt.
Blockage of radiator.
Belt broken
Alternator defective
Choke of air cleaner element.
Choke of fuel system.
Choke of fuel filter.
Oil deterioration.
Overload.
Insufficient cooling water.
Loosened fan belt.
Blockage of radiator.
Choke of air cleaner element.
Engine oil is over filled.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Countermeasure
Refuel.
Check fuel filter. If filter is dirty, replace.
Check fuel tank. Remove the settled
impurities or moisture.
Check pipe and fastening clamp. If any
damage exists, replace it, or repair.
Relieve air.
Remove water inside of fuel tank and
filter.
Re-tighten.
Refuel.
Full oil.
Fill cooling water.
Adjust belt tension.
Clean.
Replace.
Replace.
Replace air cleaner element.
Check.
Element cleaning.
Replace engine oil.
Refer to generator.
Fill cooling water.
Adjust belt tension.
Clean.
Clean air cleaner element.
Remove oil to upper limit of gauge.
Replace fuel with good quality fuel.
Replace.
Check, repair.
