Double-sided ID Copy/Options

You can copy your Identification card both
sides onto one page with the original size.
a
Make sure you are in Copy mode
b
Place your Identification card face down
at the left side on the scanner glass.
Even if a document is set on the
ADF, the machine scans the data
from the scanner glass.

Press Options.

Press a or b to choose
2 in 1 ID Copy
Press OK.
e
Press Mono Start or Color Start.
The machine starts scanning the first page.
After the machine copies the one
side, the LCD will prompt you to turn
over the Identification card and press
Mono Start or Color Start to scan
the another side.
Turn over the ID
Then Press Start

Turn over your Identification card and
place it at the left side on the scanner
glass.
g
Press Mono Start or Color Start.
Note
The copy settings for this feature are set
automatically and the temporary settings
you have set will be cancelled.

Sorting copies using the ADF

You can sort multiple copies. Pages will be
stacked in the order 1 2 3, 1 2 3, 1 2 3, and so
on.

Make sure you are in Copy mode
b
Load your document in the ADF.
c
Use the dial pad to enter the number of
copies (up to 99).
d
Press Options. Press a or b to choose
Stack/Sort.
Press OK.
e
Press a or b to choose Stack or Sort.
Press OK.
f
Press Mono Start or Color Start.
Adjusting Contrast, Color and
Brightness
Contrast
Adjust the contrast to help an image look
sharper and more vivid.
To temporarily change the contrast setting,
follow the steps below:
a
Make sure you are in Copy mode

Load your document.
c
Use the dial pad to enter the number of
copies (up to 99).
d
Press Options.
Press a or b to choose Contrast.
Press OK.
e
Press a or b to increase or decrease the
contrast.
Press OK.
f
Press Mono Start or Color Start.
