Instant Reheat / Cook Settings

The following table presents the various Instant Reheat & Cook
Programmes, quantities, standing times and appropriate
recommendations.

1. Drinks 150 ml(1cup) 1-2 mins Pour the liquid into ceramic cups and reheat
(Chilled) 300 ml(2cups) uncovered. Place 1 cup in the centre, 2 cups
Coffee, milk, tea, 450 ml(3cups) opposite of each other and 3 or 4 cups in a
water 600 ml(4cups) circle. Leave them to stand in the microwave
oven. Stir the drinks before and after
standing time and be careful while taking the
cups out (see safety instructions for liquids).
2. Ready Meal 300-350 g 3 mins. Put the meal on a ceramic plate and cover it
(Chilled) 400-450 g with microwave cling film. This programme is
500-550 g suitable for the meals consisting of 3
compo-nents (e.g. meat with sauce,
vegetables andside dishes like potatoes, rice
or pasta).
3. Dual Cook
2 x 300 - 350 g 2 mins. Put each meal on a ceramic plate and cover
2 x 400 - 450 g it with microwave cling film. This programme
is suitable for the meals consisting of 3
compo-nents (e.g. meat with sauce,
vegetables and side dishes like potatoes,
rice or pasta). Place one plate on the
turntable and the other one the rack.
4. Fresh 200-250 g 3 mins. Weigh the vegetables after washing,
vegetables 300-350 g cleaning and cutting into a similar size. Put
400-450 g them into a glass bowl with lid. Add 45 ml (3
500-550 g tablespoons) water when cooking 200-450
600-650 g g, add 60 ml (4 tablespoons) for 500-650 g
700-750 g and add 75 ml (5 tablespoons) for 700-750
g. Stir after cooking. (When cooking bigger
quantities, stir once during cooking.)
5. Chicken 200-300 g - Brush the chicken pieces with oil and spice
pieces (1 pc) them with pepper, salt and paprika. Put
400-500 g them on the high rack with the skin-side
(2 pcs) down. Turn over when the oven beeps.

Using the Auto Defrost Feature

The Auto Defrost feature enables you to defrost meat, poultry, fish.
The defrost time and power level are set automatically.
You simply select the programme and the weight.

Use only dishes that are microwave-safe.
First, place the frozen food in the centre of the turntable and close the
door.
1. Select the type of food that you are cooking by pressing
the Auto Defrost button one or more times.
(Refer to the table on the next page for further details)
2. Select the food weight by pressing the Up/Down button.
It is possible to set up to a maximum of 2000g
3. Press the Start button.
Result :
N Defrosting begins.
N The oven beeps halfway through
defrosting to remind you to turn the food
over.
N Press Start button again to finish
defrosting.

You can also defrost food manually. To do so, select the
microwave cooking/reheating function with a power level of
180W. Refer to the section entitled " Cooking/Reheating" on page
7 for further details.
