Some of my mobile phone contacts were not imported
to my VTech
• Try copying the contacts from your SIM card to your
mobile phone memory irst, then download from
your phone memory. If that doesn't work, try copying
the contacts from your mobile phone memory to
your SIM card, then download from your SIM card.
For more information on how to transfer contacts
between your SIM card and your phone memory,
refer to the user's manual of your mobile phone.
Can the VTech 15750 help the poor mobile phone
reception in my house?
• If your mobile phone has poor reception in your
home, the
reception. However, if you have a location in your
house with better reception, you can leave your
mobile phone in that location while you use
15750 mobile line. In order for this to work, the
mobile phone must be within 30 feet of the telephone
base for optimal performance.
The phone doesn't play my iPhone ringtone when
there is an incoming call.
• Make sure the operating system of your iPhone is iOS
4.1 or later.
• Make sure you have turned on the Mobile ringer
feature.
