Applicare sigillante sul punto di
giunzione delle tubazioni (18) e (19) e

i silenziatori destri superiore (2) e
inferiore (1).

Posizionare le fascette (13) sui
silenziatori.
Riposizionare i silenziatori sulle
tubazioni (18) e (19).
Inserire le viti (12) e i dadi (14) sulle
rispettive fascette (13) e serrarli

alla coppia di serraggio prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Rimontare le protezioni (15)
interponendo i distanziali (16) e le
rosette (5).
Posizionare la staffa (10) in
corrispondenza del foro di fissaggio
al telaio.
Qualora fosse stato necessario

rimuovere la protezione scarico (3), nel
rimontaggio interporre i distanziali (4) e
le rosette (5) tra il silenziatore destro
superiore (2) e il paracalore (3).
Applicare frenafiletti sulle viti (6) e
serrare alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Inserire la vite (7), il distanziale (8) e il
dado (31) e serrarli alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Rimontare la sella e
fianchetto destro

Apply sealant to the junction between
pipes (18) and (19) and upper (2) and
lower (1) RH silencers.
Fit clamps (13) on the silencers.
Refit the silencers on pipes (18)
and (19).
Fit screws (12) and nuts (14) on
respective clamps (13) and tighten to
the prescribed torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit guards (15) complete with
spacers (16) and washers (5).
Fit bracket (10) in the frame
mounting hole.
Should it have been necessary to
remove exhaust guard (3), when
refitting, fit spacers (4) and
washers (5) between upper RH
silencer (2) and heat guard (3).
Apply threadlocker to screws (6)
and tighten to the prescribed torque
(Sect. C 3).
Fit screw (7), spacer (8) and nut (31)
and tighten to the prescribed torque
(Sect. C 3).
