Prima del rimontaggio eliminare l'olio
presente sulla molla (10) e sul giunto
10
molla (11).
Note
Installare la molla (10), mettendo
la parte con le spire avvicinate, verso
il piede della forcella.
Installare i seguenti componenti:
la molla (10),
- il giunto molla (11),
- il distanziale (12),
- la rosetta (13).

Montare l'attrezzo cod. 88713.0957
usato nello smontaggio nel foro
laterale del giunto molla (11).
Spingere in basso detto attrezzo
quindi posizionare il distanziale (D)
sotto il controdado della cartuccia (8).
Rimuovere l'attrezzo cod. 88713.0958.
Avvitare il tappo superiore (14) sulla

cartuccia (8).
Bloccare con chiave esagonale il
registro estensione e serrare il
tappo superiore a 30÷40 Nm.

Rimuovere il distanziale (D) premendo
l'attrezzo (C, cod. 88713.0957) verso il
basso.
Attenzione
Il registro (A) del tappo (14)
deve essere a fine corsa sul filetto
della cartuccia (8).

Sollevare il fodero esterno (26) e
avvitare il tappo superiore (14) alla
coppia di 30÷40 Nm.
Regolare i registri secondo le
esigenze di guida.

Clean off any oil from spring (10) and
upper spacer (11) before assembly.
Notes
Install the spring (10), ensuring
that the end with tighter coils
towards the bottom of the fork.
Fit the following components:
spring (10),
- upper spacer (11),
- spacer (12),
- washer (13).
Fit the tool part no. 88713.0957
(previously used for removal) into the
lateral hole of upper spacer (11).
Push the tool down and position the
spacer (D) under the lock nut of
damper (8).
Remove the tool part no. 88713.0958.
Screw the top cap (14) onto the
damper (8).
Using a hex wrench, hold the rebound
damping adjuster and tighten the top
cap to 30 to 40 Nm.
Remove the spacer (D) by pushing the
special tool (C, part no. 88713.0957)
downwards.
Warning
The adjuster (A) on the top
cap (14) should be screwed fully onto
the thread of the damper (8).
Lift the outer tube (26) and tighten the
top cap (14) to a torque of 30 to 40 Nm.
Set the adjusters according to riding
requirements.
