ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE FOR SEALS

CAUTION:
Disconnect tool from air supply before attention to tool
repairing work.
When repairing a tool, the internal parts must be cleaned
and lubricated. Parker O-lube or equivalent must be used
on all o rings Each o ring must be coated with O-lube
before assembling. A small amount of oil must be used
on all moving surfaces and pivots. After reassembling, a
few drops of 30 W non-detergent oil or equivalent must be
added through the air line before testing.

CLEARING A JAM FROM THE TOOL

CAUTION:
Disconnect tool from air supply.
1) Remove any remaining fasteners from the nailer.
- Pull follower all the way to the rear, until it latches
(Fig. 10).
- Slide fasteners to the rear, and remove from
magazine (Fig. 11).
2) Use a pair of needle nose pliers and/or a flat
screwdriver to free bent fastener from back of
nosepiece (Fig. 12). If fastener cannot be removed
as described it may be necessary to remove the
magazine as follows:
- Remove two screws (one on each side of tool) (G)
(Fig. 13).
- Remove two nuts (H) (Fig. 13).
- Pull the magazine out, remove the jammed nails.
After clearing bent fastener, reverse above to reassemble.

WARNING:
FASTENER AND REPLACEMENT PARTS
Use only genuine Husky gauge fasteners (or
equivalent). Tool performance, safety and durability
could be reduced if improper fasteners are used.
When ordering replacement parts or fasteners, specify
by part number.
TOOL REPAIR
Only qualified personnel should repair the tool, and
they should use genuine Husky replacement parts and
accessories, or parts and accessories which perform
equivalently.
After use, always store the pneumatic tool in a dry, clean
environment. Do not use solvents, flammable or toxic
liquids for cleaning.
