If [Install Certificate...] is not displayed, close Internet Explorer once, and select [Run as
Administrator] to launch Internet Explorer again. Click [Start] ® [All Programs] ® right click [Internet
Explorer] ® click [Run as Administrator].

When using Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, right click [iexplore] under "C:\Program Files\Internet
Explorer" and select [Run as Administrator].
