Battery Pack – Wireless Wall Switch Installation

The control panel must be mounted inside a junction box in a location that may be reached by
the 12' long battery pack and DCMD wires (see Figure 11).
•
The fireplace must be properly grounded in accordance with local codes (or ANSI/NFPA 70-1987).
We suggest grounding the gas line or using a similar grounding method.
Wire Length = 12'
Junction Box
(not supplied)
Staple the two wires near the junction
box. This prevents the wires from
slipping out of the junction box while
the batteries are replaced. Take care
to prevent damage to wires.
