Tc5300/Tc6000 diagnosTics
H - Turns on when excessive current passes through the FET. This LED implies that there is a short in the
motor or motor wiring. Note: This is a WARNING light!!
I - Turns on when AC power passes the relay and begins to charge the large capacitors. This indicates that
the relay has energized correctly. Power button on console is on.
J - Turns on dimly when power is first applied and becomes bright when the large capacitors are charged.
When the LED is bright this indicates that the motor controller is ready to power the motor. This LED
light stays on briefly after the machine is unplugged. Once the light goes out, this indicates that all
charge has died.

Prior to pushing "Power" button

"Power" button enabled
Unit plugged into outlet
"Power" enabled and steppers
Unit plugged into outlet
"Power" enabled, steps parallel, speed set to 1 MPH
FAILuRE MoDE
Over current condition
Shorted Motor

C will be on if steps are parallel
B, E, G, I and J
C will be on if steps are parallel
B, E, G, I and J
C will blink if treadles are moving
A, B, C, E, G, I and J
A may be dim, D will blink on/off
oN LED'S
A, B, E, F, G and I
A, B, E, G, H and I
