YourmachinecomeswiththeGeneralPurpose
Presser Foot (B) already attached. You can
easily changetoanyoneoftheotherpresser
feet, w h i c h snap onto a common shank, by
followingthedirectionsbelow.
•Raiseneedletoitshighestpositionbyturning
handwheeltowardyou.
•Raisepresserfootusingpresserfootlifterat
backofmachine.
•Pushtoeofpresserfoot(1)up,untilitsnaps
offtheshank(2).
•Removefootfrommachine.
• Placenewfootundercenterofshank.
• Lower presser foot lifter, fitting shank over
presserfootpin(3).
• Don'tturnscrew.Instead,pushpresserfoot
screw (4) down firmly until foot snaps i n t o
place.

Somespecialpresserfeetcanbepurchased
atyour retailerwhichhavebuilt-in
shanksthatcanbereplacedasfollows:
•Raiseneedleandpresserfoot.
• Loosen presser foot screw (1) and remove
presserfootwithshank(2),guidingittoward
youandtotheright.
• To replace presser foot with shank, hook
shank around the presser bar and tighten
presserfootscrew.
