E911 is short for Enhanced 911, a location technology that will enable emergency
services to locate the position of the caller. Emergency services can respond
immediately by pinpointing a caller's location.
E911 Location Tip feature can be configured to prompt the user that the location of the
phone is not set. It is configurable via web user interface only.
To configure E911 Location Tip via web user interface:
1. Click on Features->General information.
2. Select desired value from the pull-down list of E911 Location Tip.
3. Click Confirm to accept the change.
4. Depending on your selection:
If you select Enable from the pull-down list of E911 Location Tip.

When the location is not set, after the user logins to the phone, the LCD screen
will prompt" Location is not set".
- If you select Disabled from the pull-down list of E911 Location Tip.
to highlight Reset Status.
