Installazione valvole
Lubrificare con olio le guide e lo stelo delle valvole al momento
dell'installazione.
Montare l'anello di tenuta, le molle e lo scodellino.

Installation of valves

Lubricate the valve guides and valve stem with oil when the valve is
installed.
Install the seal ring, the springs and the cup.

Usare un apposito attrezzo (fig. 2) oppure l'attrezzo codice
8000A1576 (fig. 3) per comprimere le molle delle valvole ed instal-
lare i semiconi.
Use tools a suitable tool (picture 2) or tool code 8000A1576
(picture 3) to compress the valve springs and can install halves
cones.

Battere leggermente sullo stelo della valvola con un martello in
plastica per posizionare in sede i semiconi.
Tap gently on the valve stem with a plastic hammer to make the
cotters seat.

Non comprimere più del necessario le molle e non
danneggiare la testa cilindro.
Do not compress the valve springs more than
necessary. Do not damage the cylinder head.
Il colpo deve essere dato in cima allo stelo, per non
scentrare la valvola.
Hit straight on the top of the valve stem so that the valve
stem doesn't get out of true.
