Operating the dishwasher

Turning on.

Open the door.
Open the water valve (if it is closed).
Press the "I" (ON) touch pad (20).
The "ON" indicator lamp will light.

Starting a programme.

Press the touch pad for the desired
programme.The indicator lamp for
that touch pad will light.
If so desired, select "Top Solo" (2)
before starting the programme.
(see the "Additional features" sec-
tion).
Close the door. The machine will
start.
Note:
When required, the water softener
reactivation process is performed
before the wash programme. It may
last several minutes. During this
process the "

lamp will be on.

The hardness of the water supply will
dictate how often (after how many
washes) the water softener needs to be
reactivated. For example with a water
hardness of 380 ppm (mg/l), reactiva-
tion will take place after every 3 pro-
grammes. With a water hardness of
140 ppm (mg/l), reactivation will only
occur after 8 programmes.
Do not cancel the programme pre-
maturely, as important programme
steps such as preparing the water
softener may be left out.

End of Programme.

A buzzer will sound at the end of the
wash programme.
This buzzer is then repeated for one
hour at ten minute intervals.
You can turn this buzzer off, if so
desired (see "Additional features").
