Recording the Caller's Information Automatically
(Incoming Call Log — KX-T7230/KX-T7235/KX-T7433/KX-T7436)
If you do not answer an incoming outside call or even if you answer the call, your extension
automatically records the incoming outside call information from the Caller ID service*.
The SHIFT button indicator lights and tells you that there are calls logged. Up to 15 calls
can be logged per extension. When the call log is full (i.e. more than 15 calls), new call
information is not logged. You can overwrite the data using the following feature, replacing
the oldest call log with the newest one.
You can also modify and call back the logged numbers.

• The SHIFT indicator light may turn on when receiving a call. Pressing this button
provides you with more information about the caller.
• To clear the displayed information, press the CLR (S2) button.
• You can modify the displayed telephone number before dialling. Use " " to erase and
"0 to 9" to add numbers from the first digit.
• If you modify the displayed telephone number, the new number will be replaced.
• To return to the initial display, go off-hook and on-hook or press the MENU (S1) button.
• You can lock the display so that the recorded incoming outside call information is not
shown on the display.
