Grounding
The equipment must be grounded to reduce the risk of
static sparking and electric shock. Electric or static
sparking can cause fumes to ignite or explode.
Improper grounding can cause electric shock. Ground-
ing provides an escape wire for the electric current.
The sprayer cord includes a grounding wire with an
appropriate grounding contact.
Plug sprayer into a grounded 220-240V outlet (NEMA
L6-30) installed to local codes and ordinances. Never
use an outlet that is not grounded.
Do not modify plug! Tampering with the plug will result in
a voided warranty. Do not use sprayer if electrical cord
has damaged ground prong.
If plug will not fit in outlet, have grounded outlet installed
by a qualified electrician. Do not use an adapter.
NOTE: Smaller gauge or longer extension cords may
reduce sprayer performance.
