During the cavity preparation it is still possible to
make some changes on the parameters.

When the preheating phase is over, insert the food into the
cavity;

At the end of precooling/preheating insert the food in the
cavity, the core probe in the product (when needed) and
close the door to start the cycle.
8.
Sensing/Temperature recovery functions start.
These functions analyse the cavity conditions to optimise
the cycle according to the type and load of food.
