    Section 1 - General Information Congratulations on purchasing the MaxTech 17-inch Color Monitor. The monitor has one of the finest CRTs available in the industry, providing a full range of video display resolutions and complies with the MPR-II standard to reduce electromagnetic emissions.

    Horizontal and Vertical Synchronization signals. This mode reduces the monitor’s power consumption to 5W. While in this mode the first and second LEDs in the Power Indicator (LEDs A and B in Figure 3-1) are off. When the synchronization signals are re-enabled the monitor returns to normal operation.
