The electric motor has been designed for 230V and 240V only. Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Note: The supply of 230V and 240V on Ozito tools are interchangeable for Australia and New Zealand.

Additional safety instructions for grinding and cutting-off operations Safety Warnings Specific for Grinding and Abrasive Cutting-Off Operations: a) Use only wheel types that are recommended for your power tool and the specific guard designed for the selected wheel. Wheels for which the power tool was not designed cannot be adequately guarded and are unsafe.

OPERATION (cont.) • Tighten the outer flange by locking the spindle, as explained previously, then use the pin spanner to tighten the flange. • Removal of the disc is conducted in reverse order to the above. Note: 80mm flanges should be used for cutting discs as they offer more support for the disc.

OPERATION (cont.) Switch The grinder is fitted with a lock off safety switch. To operate the switch. first push the spring loaded lever at the front of the switch forward. Once this lever is pushed forward, depress the switch to start the angle grinder. To switch the tool off, release the pressure on the switch and it will return to the off position automatically.
Always replace both brushes at the same time. Note: Ozito Industries will not be responsible for any damage or injuries caused by the repair of the tool by an unauthorised person or by mishandling of the tool.
