The Volvo On Call mobile app (a personal Volvo ID is required to use
the mobile app) makes it possible to use the Engine Remote Start
feature to cool or heat the passenger compartment before driving, to
unlock the vehicle from another location, keep a driving log, etc. The
mobile app can be downloaded from the App Store, Windows Phone
Store or Google Play.
Volvo On Call services also include roadside assistance or help in an
emergency situation:
– Press the ON CALL or SOS buttons on the ceiling console to
contact the VOC customer service center.
