USING CRUISE CONTROL

Symbols for the speed limiter*, cruise control, Adaptive Cruise Control
(ACC)* and Pilot Assist* are displayed in the instrument panel. Use the
arrow keys

on the left-side steering wheel keypad to scroll
among the functions. When a function has been activated, its symbol in
the instrument panel will change colors from gray to white.

Speed limiter: Helps the driver avoid exceeding the set maximum
speed. Activate by selecting
Cruise control: Helps maintain a set speed. Activate by selecting
in the instrument panel.
Adaptive Cruise Control: Helps maintain a set speed combined with
a preset distance to the vehicle ahead. Activate by selecting
instrument panel.
Press to put cruise control/speed limiter/Adaptive Cruise
Control in active mode and to set the current speed. Press
again to put the selected function in standby mode.
Press to increase the set speed. Press briefly to increase the
speed in +/– 1 mph (+/– 1 km/h) increments or press and
hold until the vehicle reaches the desired speed.
Press briefly to decrease the speed in +/– 1 mph (+/– 1
km/h) increments or press and hold until the vehicle reaches
the desired speed.
Pilot Assist: At low speeds, the Pilot Assist feature helps keep the
vehicle in its current traffic lane, at a set speed and a set time interval
to the vehicle ahead. Activate by selecting
Press to start/cancel Pilot Assist.
Press to switch from Pilot Assist to Adaptive Cruise Control.
Press to switch from Adaptive Cruise Control to Pilot Assist.
