Warranty and After-Sales Service

About Warranty
• Make sure that you have received a warranty card provided at
purchase. After checking the contents of the warranty card as
well as "Shop name and date of purchase", keep the warranty
card in a safe place. If you notice that necessary items of the
warranty card are not filled in, immediately contact the shop
where you purchased this mobile phone from. The term of the
warranty is one year from the date of purchase.
• All or part of this product including the accessories may be
modified for improvement without notice.
• Information stored in the phonebook etc. might be changed or
reset depending on the troubles and repairs, or the way you
handle the mobile phone. Keep a copy of information stored in
the phonebook etc. just in case.
* You can save phonebook data of this mobile phone to microSD
card by using microSD card reader/writer cable (sample).
About After-Sales Service
If the Mobile Phone Is Not Working Right
Before asking repairs, check "When You Have Any Trouble"
in this manual.
If the problem remains unsolved, contact "Repairs" (Z
P.299).
If Repair Is Necessary after Inquiry
Bring your mobile phone to a repair counter specified by
DOCOMO. Note that your mobile phone is accepted for repair
during the repair counter's business hours. You will need to
bring the warranty card to the counter. Further, note that
you may need to wait for fixing depending on the
malfunction state.
