• Check if the Airplane mode is set (Z

• Check if the ringer volume is set to silent

• Check if the ring time for Voice Mail or Call
Forwarding Service is set to "0 seconds"
(Z P.121, P.123).
• Turn the power off and on again, or
reinstall the docomo mini UIM card (Z
P.44, P.53).

not be able to make or receive calls even
when the radio wave is strong enough and
