Cheesecake Ice Cream

Ingredients
250ml
cream
250ml
sour cream
150g
cream cheese
3 tbsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
vanilla extract
Put the cream cheese into a bowl and beat with a whisk until creamy. Then add in the
following order sugar, sour cream and cream, while stirring constantly. Add the vanilla
extract and the lemon juice and ensure that everything is well mixed.
The ice cream mixture now needs to be refrigerated for at least 12 hours and
can then be prepared in the ice cream maker. If necessary, stir the mixture again
thoroughly with a whisk, before adding it to the ice cream maker.
