Strawberry Sorbet

Ingredients
150ml
water
750g
strawberries
125g
sugar
Juice of 1/2
lemon
Clean and wash the strawberries.
Chop 100 g of the strawberries into small pieces and put them aside. Puree the
remaining 650 g of strawberries.
Bring the water to the boil with the sugar and allow the mixture to boil for two
minutes. Remove the sugar water from the stove and add the strawberry puree and
the lemon juice. Then, carefully stir the strawberry pieces into the mixture.
Now, put the mixture into a refrigerator for at least 12 hours. After this, it can be
prepared in the ice cream maker.
