participant can operate from the touch panel to display the script on
the HD displays. In this case, when giving a presentation, the
participant can see the script conveniently on the HD displays,
removing the trouble of reading the relevant paper.
This function is used to select the video to be displayed on each HD
display.
Stop broadcasting a site. The other sites stop viewing the site.
The participants will view the display containing the speaker whose
voice is the loudest.
The participants will view the video of the site with the loudest voice.
The tabletop display is rotatable and is used to display presentations,
from the local site or a remote site.
The Huawei telepresence system provides users a comfortable
videoconferencing environment in which they can have face to face
remote conferences.
The telepresence system manager is used for device management. It is
used to configure and control the devices of the system, view the
status of the devices, and troubleshoot the devices.
The telepresence host is the core control device of the Huawei
telepresence V2.0. All the telepresence system devices, such as
codecs, are connected to the telepresence host through serial ports or
network interfaces. In addition, the telepresence host provides the
functions of an audio-visual matrix and the function of intelligent
audio mixing. All the devices used for collecting and processing audio,
displaying video, and playing audio-visual files are connected to the
host through audio and video cables.
The touch panel is connected to the telepresence system wirelessly.
Without cable restriction, users can use the touch panel conveniently.
From the touch panel, users can perform operations, such as dialing a
number, calling a contact, answering or rejecting a call, controlling a
conference, and switching the display mode.
View multiple selected sites in turn. The video is switched based on a
preset interval.
