    1 You do not have to connect all the inputs and outputs, connect only those that are required 2 Switch OFF the power on each device before connecting it to your VP-438. After connecting your VP-438, switch on its power and then switch on the power on each device 3 Alternatively, you can connect the DVI connector on the DVD player to the HDMI connector on the VP-438 via a DVI-HDMI adapter.
