Muscles Used: Pectoralis Major, Frontal Deltoid, Abdominals including torso rotators and spinal stabilizers
Adjust Chest Plate to a setting on the Spine that coincides with position of client's upper thoracic region. The Arms can then be
adjusted to place the Yokes at shoulder height. Insert the appropriate color and number of bands into the Yokes then attach
handles to Yokes. Have client face away from Spine of SBR. Make sure to stabilize client based on appropriate resistance and
balance challenge capabilities then place handles in client's hands. Have client slightly bend elbows ,making sure as individual

stabilize client based on appropriate resistance and balance capabilities then place handles in client's opposite hands, criss-
crossing the resistance bands. With a slight bend in the clients elbows begin by squeezing the shoulder blades together. Then
follow by raising the client's arms out to the sides and slightly upwards until hands are level to the shoulders. Maintain the
