    Read all instructions in this manual and all warnings on the SBR system before using it. Use the SBR system only as described and directed in this manual. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of the SBR system are adequately informed of all precautions.

    Limited Warranty SBR Frame and Spine are warrantied for the Life of the machine. Chest plate, Arms, Swivels and other moving parts are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase. Accessories are warrantied for 6 months from date of purchase.

    SBR Knee Attachment - Use for motions where resistance is required to be above the knee. All hip motions. SBR Shorts - Can be used for all motions required to have re- sistance above the knee. Multiple d-rings to provide numerous exercise options.

    Muscles Used: Quadriceps, Hamstrings, Glutes and Core The above movements require the use of the SBR Lifting Vest. Place Yokes in attachment sites on Platform base and lock into place with pins. Attach appropriate band colors and number to Yokes, securing safety stops. Attach bands to the appropriate d- rings on vest.

    Quadriceps Start with Chest Plate at top of SBR Spine then adjust Arms so that Yokes are above client’s hands when the client’s arms are fully extended and outside the midline of the clients torso. Add appropriate color and number of bands to Yokes securing safety latches.

    Have client step forward with one leg dropping the back knee towards the SBR platform. As the client lunges, make sure to check body position to ensure front knee stays aligned with toes. Check that heel of back foot is coming off of the SBR Platform.
  • Page 10 Muscles Used: Hamstrings, Core, Glutes, Quads, Ankle Stabilizers Adjust Chest Plate to the bottom of the Spine with arms adjusted so that Yokes are below the client’s knee. Use the SBR Foot Attachment and add correct color and number of bands, securing safety stops. Facing the Spine, have the client balance on non-working leg.
