Thank you for selecting the SBR Challenge System. The SBR System is designed to recruit a broader range of muscle
groups, especially the core while utilizing traditional or innovative exercise programs. As well as developing all muscle
groups, the SBR can improve your cardiovascular health so that you can achieve greater results in a more efficient time
frame.
SBR Machine Pinch Points and Safety Checks
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the following
important precautions before using the SBR system.
Read all instructions in this manual and all warnings on the SBR system before using it. Use the SBR system only as described and
directed in this manual. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of the SBR system are adequately informed of all
· Keep the SBR system indoors, away from moisture and dust.
· Place the SBR Base on a level surface, with a mat beneath it to protect the floor.
· Make sure that there is enough clearance around the SBR system to mount, dismount, and use the SBR system as directed.
· Inspect and properly tighten all parts regularly.
· Replace any worn and/or damaged parts immediately.
· Replace resistance bands every three months regardless of wear.
· Keep children under 12 years old away from the weight training system at all times.
· If you feel pain or dizziness while exercising, stop immediately.
· Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
· Always wear athletic shoes for foot protection while exercising.
· Always tie back long hair to prevent it from becoming caught.
· The decals shown below have been applied in the indicated locations. If a decal is missing or illegible, call the telephone number
on the front cover of this manual and request a free replacement decal. Apply the replacement decal in the location
shown.

· Be aware of Pinch points at Chest Pad/Spine intersection
· Be aware of Pinch points at Arm/Yoke Stops
· Be aware of Pinch points at Platform/Yoke Stops
· Always lock the safety stops on the yokes after inserting bands
· Check pin placement when installing yokes
precautions.
