SERVICING
If You Need Service...
Do not attempt to repair or replace ang part
of the downdraft sgstem unless it is specificallg
recommended in this manual. All other servicing
should be referred to a qualified technician.
Be sure electrical power is off before servicing
the unit.
It mag be necessarg to remove the downdraft
blower sgstem in order to service components
such as the blower motor or air vent mechanism.
Disconnect power to the cooktop and remove
it first. Reverse the steps in the Install the
Downdraft section in the Installation Instructions
to remove the blower.
Service parts are available from a GE Service and
Parts Center.
