Air Filter
Paper f ilters cannot becleaned andshould bereplaced every 1 00 operating hours;
moreoftenif usedin extremely dustyconditions.
Remove t he foampre-filterfrom aroundthe paperairfilter. SeeFigure
15.Replace paperelement w hen dirty or damaged. C lean foamelement o r
replace whendamaged.
Neverusegasolineor low flash point solventsfor cleaningthe air filter
element.A fire or explosioncould result.
IMPORTANT: Neverruntheenginewithout the airfilter. Rapid enginewearwill
result.
