Buttons

Different buttons are available in the map view
with which you can adjust the display according
to your needs.

Briefl y touch the map to display additional
buttons.
Note:
The additional buttons are time-controlled
and disappear again after seven seconds.
• Fix position/Fix map
– This button is only active during a naviga-
tion. Touch the Fix position
map
view between "Position fi xed" and "Map
fi xed".
Map fi xed
–
In this mode, the map is fi xed and the
current position (yellow arrow) moves
across the map.
Note:
This mode is automatically set as soon as
you move the map. Otherwise, the map
would always jump back to the current
position.
This mode should also be set if you want to
select destination points from the map during
the navigation.
– Position fi xed (standard setting)
In this mode (button with yellow border),
the map is continually moved so that the
current position (yellow arrow) is always
closely centred in the bottom third of the
map.

Move

Touch the Move
move mode.
– Move
In the move mode (button with yellow
border), you can move the map. For this
purpose, touch the map, hold the pen or
your fi nger pressed and move the map
area in the desired direction.

display. The destination guidance does not
allow for displaying the entire route.
• Map in travel direction/Map to north

border) to align the map in the direction
north.
• 3D-view
– Touch the
map in a three-dimensional representa-
tion from a bird's eye view.
• More (2D view)
– Touch the More button to display the map
in two-dimensional form again.
• TMC status

Touch the , button to display current
traffi c announcements.

• Close map / Quit navigation
– Touch this button
