Note: If locking was not successful or if any
door is open, or if the hood is open on
vehicles with a perimeter alarm or remote
start, the horn will sound and the direction
indicators will not flash.

Sounding a Panic Alarm

Note: The alarm will only operate when the
ignition is off.
Press the button to turn on the
alarm. Press the button again or
switch the ignition on to turn off.

remote controls from an authorized dealer.
Authorized dealers can program remote
controls for your vehicle. See Remote
Control (page 47).
